Your Skincare Routine

We’re gonna put it all together and give you the daily recipe for success. It takes an entire skin care routine to feed your skin and give it what it needs to slow down aging.

The Morning

Here are the recommended products that you should look for in building a complete and effective wrinkle-reducing skin care routine:

1. Wash your face.
Cleansers remove dirt, oil, and makeup, freeing your skin to accept the other products in your routine more effectively. They come in gels, milks, foaming, creams, and all things inbetween. But anyone who “just uses soap”…gets a whupping right here and now. Using bar soap is probably the least desirable of anything. Treat your skin like royalty, not run of the mill.
Cleansers I use: Iaso Pomica Face and Body Cleanser, packed with anti-oxidants. Learn more by clicking.

2. Use an Eye Treatment Product.
Eye Treatment I use: Iaso Ojos Eye Serum. Learn more by clicking.

3. (Optional) Use a Toner.
Applied directly after cleansing, a toner softens and smoothes your skin and removes any lingering traces of makeup. Good toners should also start replenishing your skin with skin-repairing ingredients like antioxidants.

4. Spray face with water from an Atomizer.
Find atomizers here.
Keep the face damp before you…

5. Use an AM Moisturizer.
An anti-aging, humectant, anti-oxidant moisturizer should be used.
It can contain a broad spectrum sunscreen that has a minimum of 15 SPF included in it.
The AM moisturizer I use: Iaso Sol Day Moisturizer. This is my daily, I-never-miss-it product.

Should your moisturizer not have sunscreen in it, then use a separate product and…

6. Apply Broad Spectrum Sunscreen.
Find a Broad Spectrum Sunscreen Here.

At Night

1. Wash face again and 1-4x a week, use a mechanical exfoliant:
Exfoliating gets rid of the build-up which would otherwise make your skin tone uneven and cause wrinkles, clogged pores, and dullness.
(You can also exfoliate in the morning instead of the evening. I do mornings usually, but it is entirely up to you)
The Mechanical Exfoliant I use: Iaso Exfolia. Learn more by clicking.

2. Pump on an Anti-Aging serum:
Applying an anti-aging serum with a variety of peptides feeds your skin what it needs to produce healthy collagen.
Serum that I use: Iaso Renique. Learn more by clicking.

3. Use a PM moisturizer:
A nighttime moisturizer will help your skin feel soft and smooth and function better. Be sure to choose a moisturizer that is safe to use around your eye area as well.

PM Moisturizer I Use: Iaso Luna Night Moisturizer. Learn more by clicking.

4. Use Eye Treament again

Daily Supplements

Recap about which daily supplements you need to take here.

I take:
Nutraburst Liquid Multivitamin
For internal anti-oxidants, minerals and nutrients that your skin and body need, consider taking the liquid daily vitamin Nutraburst instead of pills you need to swallow. Packed with 72 minerals, 12 herbs, 19 amino acids, 22 phytonutrients from fruits and veggies, 13 whole food greens, anti-oxidants, ellagic acid and a multi-fiber complex with a 98% absorption rate.
Krill and Evening Primrose Oil Capsules – for essential fatty acids
Iaso Emu Oil – I use this topically on my skin in addition to the moisturizers for extra essential fatty acids

Follow these steps in the morning and evening for an effective strategy to reduce the signs of aging on your skin and to get the most out of your anti-aging cosmetics.

See you on the cover of Glamour! 🙂
